Between October 17 and 19, 2024, all wine roads lead to Moldova. We are the host of a landmark event in the field of wine tourism. Under the banner of “The Wine of Moldova Road”, part of the prestigious European cultural route “ITER VITIS – Les Chemins de la Vigne” of the Council of Europe, we are proud to be the meeting point for delegations from 23 member countries. 

On October 18, it will be organized the “ITER VITIS International Conference on Wine Tourism”. 15 international experts will discuss the impact of wine tourism, government support for oenotourism and the geopolitical role of this sector in the Danube region.

ITER VITIS is a European cultural route dedicated to promoting wine culture and wine tourism. This meeting represents a rare opportunity to explore the performance of Moldova’s viticultural heritage and discuss solutions for global sustainable tourism.

The “ITER VITIS – Les Chemins de la Vigne” Conference and General Assembly are organized by the National Inbound and Domestic Tourism Association (ANTRIM) under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Moldova, with the support of external development partners Ukraine-Moldova American Enterprise Fund (UMAEF) and the USAID Moldova Competitiveness and Rural Resilience Project, in partnership with the National Tourism Office and the private sector.
