ANTRIM invites companies specialized in tourism and event organization to submit offers for organizing a study visit to Slovakia.

Objective:
The study visit aims to strengthen the capacities of local stakeholders within the working group for the development of the PERLA NISTRULUI tourism cluster in the south-eastern region. This cluster will provide a framework for collaboration between local authorities, the private sector, and communities to promote sustainable tourism.

The visit will facilitate the exchange of experience and the transfer of best practices in cooperation between communities, civil society organizations, and local public authorities. It will be organized within a functional tourism cluster in Slovakia, recognized at the European level for its participatory governance models and effective mechanisms of intersectoral cooperation.

Requirements for the contracted company:

1. Proven and relevant experience in organizing international Fam Trips and familiarization tours;
2. Capacity to fully coordinate all logistical aspects of the Fam Trip: international and local transport, accommodation, local guides, and tailored visiting programs for participants;
3. Development and implementation of a detailed visit program, ensuring compliance with timelines and budget;
4. Ensuring a high-quality experience for participants, including informational support, promotional materials, and facilitation of networking between participants and local hosts;
5. Ability to identify and manage logistical and security risks, including safety measures for participants;
6. Planning and organization of structured meetings (LPAs and clusters), including workshops and working meetings, ensuring a professional environment for experience exchange, networking, and the development of sustainable partnerships;
7. Availability to provide post-event reports and evaluations regarding the implementation of the Fam Trip and its impact on participants.
